These high-quality covers provide excellent airflow and the optimal environment for dough fermentation while keeping unwanted particles out. Please note, the Weck jar is sold separately

Care Instructions: Gently hand wash with mild soap and water, and line dry. There's no need to wash the covers frequently - just keep the top of your jar clean and wash the covers as needed.
